At Becoming Leadership Group we believe that organizations thrive when they help each individual – student, teacher, administrator – find the leader within. We help leaders become what they were made to be: individuals and communities rooted in purpose, guided by clarity of mission, and committed to human dignity.

Our work is grounded in the conviction that schools have the potential to become sacred spaces of formation — places where intellect and spirit meet, and where the next generation learns not only how to think critically, but who they are called to become. We primarily collaborate with leaders across public, independent, and faith-based schools to strengthen their historical and cultural foundations for leadership. Whether through our systemic equity frameworks, student-centered strategic planning, or culturally grounded leadership coaching, we help educators and organizations:

At Becoming Leadership Group, LLC, we see leadership as a continuous practice of being and becoming – being grounded in who we are, and becoming the leaders our communities need us to be. Our core values reflect this journey:
